Thirteen (13) times Non Bailable Warrant (NBW) have been served against Harish Kumar & others, in criminal case for offense under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 426, 120-B of I.P.C., since January 2013. It is almost one year now; the Director General of Police/Commissioner of Police is un-able to trace the accused. These gang members have been evaded the Execution of Warrant issued by the Court,
Harish Kumar run away from the U.P. Police raid at his residence's New Delhi against Non Bailable Warrant of arresting will have to attend Lucknow Court under Judicial Magistrate-II or face IPC-82/83 Kurki (attachment of property).

Fake Taekwondo Federation of India barred from attending the Election of IOA.
The decision of the Election Commission as per
the meeting held on 3rd Feb. 2014, the following members of the fake
“Taekwondo Federation of India” have been removed from the “Electoral College
List”, so they cannot participate and cast vote in the Elective General
Assembly of IOA on 9th Feb. 2014.

May it be known to all that Harish Kumar has done huge damaged to the Taekwondo
Federation of India by bringing into force a fake Constitution, self-serving
Rules & Regulation since the last 15 years and since his termed is over (for hijacked the
TFI in 1998), now he elected his wife Mrs Renu Mahant for the so-called
President of TFI on 29th Dec. 2013.
The
Lucknow Judicial Magistrate-II on 21.11.2013 again issued two (2) Non Bailable
Warrants (1) Case No. 2153/13 and (2) Case No. 9747/08 (Police Station – Hazrat
Gunj, Lucknow) against him & others Under Section 420, 467, 468, 471,
120-B, 504 506 & 508 under Indian Panel Code.
